The article studies the issue of assessing the effectiveness of education quality management in higher education institutions based on the primary employment of graduates. The sharp increase in the number of institutions, students and graduates in the higher education system of Uzbekistan in 2015–2025 has increased the need to assess the quality of education not only through internal processes, but also through results in the labor market. The study establishes the primary employment of graduates by personnel customers as an external indicator of the practicality of educational programs, their compliance with the needs of employers and the effectiveness of management decisions. The econometric approach shows the possibility of assessing institutional, resource and labor market factors affecting this indicator. The results justify the need to develop education quality management through KPIs, forecasting, targeted resource allocation, and improved cooperation with employers. The results of the article have practical significance for strengthening employment monitoring and making strategic decisions

This article examines the impact of public finance and international credit resources on the education system through a comprehensive analytical approach. The study substantiates the role of financial mechanisms in improving educational quality, developing infrastructure, and fostering human capital formation. Particular attention is given to evaluating the effectiveness of international loans provided by financial institutions and their integration into national education systems. The findings indicate that diversification of funding sources contributes to the sustainable development of education; however, the efficiency of resource utilization largely depends on the effectiveness of governance frameworks. The paper also proposes evidence-based recommendations aimed at enhancing financial efficiency in the education sector

Problematic and controversial situations related to construction and repair cost accounting in higher education institutions are studied and their negative consequences are presented. Proposals and recommendations are formulated to improve construction and repair cost accounting in higher education institutions.
This study focuses on identifying key success factors in the implementation of active learning models in higher education. The research analyzes the pedagogical foundations of active learning approaches (problem-based learning, project-based learning, collaborative learning, flipped classroom), as well as institutional, methodological, and technological conditions for their effective application. Based on international and national literature, a systematic framework of success factors is developed. The findings contribute to improving teaching quality and promoting competency-based education in higher education institutions
The article analyzes the trend in the development of higher education marketing in Uzbekistan at the present stage, which showed a significant increase in the number of universities and students enrolled in them, while reducing the proportion of students per teacher, which indicates an increase in the efficiency of the resources of the higher education system, reflecting the effectiveness of ongoing reforms. The main goal of the latter is to increase the accessibility and quality of higher education, integrate the national system into the international educational space, train personnel in demand in the labor market, which is designed to ensure the further development of the socio-educational sphere of Uzbekistan.

This article explores the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles in higher education institutions. TQM is a management philosophy emphasizing continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and employee involvement. The study analyzes the implementation of TQM in the higher education system, its benefits, and the challenges encountered. The findings, based on a case study approach, indicate that when effectively implemented, TQM principles can significantly enhance the quality of education and institutional management. However, successful implementation requires strong leadership, cultural change, and stakeholder engagement.
This study investigates the associations between sociodemographic factors and out-of-school rates among children of compulsory school age in Uzbekistan, using nationally representative household survey data. Out-of-school rates were analyzed across primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary education levels. Results reveal that students at the upper secondary level are significantly more likely to be out of school compared to younger peers. Additionally, household wealth was significantly associated with school exclusion at the primary and lower secondary levels. No significant differences were found by gender, area of residence, or region, suggesting possible progress in educational equity or limitations in aggregate-level data to detect more nuanced disparities. The study offers practical implications for targeted interventions and calls for further research using causal and longitudinal methods to better understand the mechanisms behind school non-attendance.
This article is dedicated to the consideration of important issues of increasing the level of financial literacy in the educational system of Uzbekistan, especially in school education, and to the study of advanced foreign experiences. In the article, the financial literacy programs of Finland and the Russian Federation are analyzed and ways of their adaptation to the conditions of Uzbekistan are studied. Emphasizing that financial literacy has a positive effect on the economic stability and well-being of the population, the research notes the need for public and private sector cooperation, the organization of special courses and training in educational institutions, as well as the use of modern technologies and interactive methods. Proposals and recommendations developed on the basis of the experiences of Finland and the Russian Federation are of great importance in the formation of practical programs aimed at increasing financial literacy in the school education system of Uzbekistan.
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the role of media education in the formation of the worldview and intellectual potential of the younger generation in the context of globalization. The article raises the issue of improving the sphere of education with the help of media technologies. At the same time, attention is paid to problems that seriously threaten human life in the form of ideological threats and ideological pressure. Thus, a social necessity is to raise the spirit of the Uzbek people, our youth, wisely use the Internet, strengthen ideological and media immunity.
