In recent years, strategies and programs aimed at poverty reduction have been developed in Uzbekistan, with the goal of improving the living standards and quality of life for the population in various regions. This article is dedicated to studying the effective impact of digital technologies on poverty reduction in Uzbekistan. To conduct this research, the "From Poverty to Prosperity"(2024) program was adopted. The analysis results show that digital technologies have a positive impact on poverty reduction. At the conclusion of the study, a model to enhance the impact of digital technologies on poverty reduction was proposed. The aim is to improve the quality of public services in poverty reduction by developing human resources, reforming the labor market, implementing modern forms of employment, and widely introducing decent labor standards based on international standards.

However, it also addresses the ethical concerns related to data privacy, security, and biases in algorithmic decision-making, stressing the importance of responsible development. Our article discusses the importance of international financial organizations and their role in economic development, as well as an analysis of Uzbekistan's current financial relations with international financial organizations and the prospects for expanding cooperation between them. After gaining independence, Uzbekistan established active relations with international financial institutions. In particular, it has implemented a number of major projects in the fields of agriculture, transport, healthcare, education, infrastructure, energy, and construction. In recent years, reforms aimed at liberalizing the economy and increasing investment attractiveness have led to further expansion of cooperation. The article highlights Uzbekistan's promising projects with these organizations aimed at sustainable development, green economy, inclusive economy, poverty reduction, employment generation, and creation of modern infrastructure through long-term strategies. As a result of this cooperation, it is envisaged that our country will strengthen its integration into the global economy.

The article analyzes the financial literacy programs of Finland and examines ways of adapting them to the conditions of Uzbekistan and other countries. Emphasizing that financial literacy has a positive effect on the economic stability and well-being of the population, the research notes the need for public and private sector cooperation, the organization of special courses and training in educational institutions, as well as the use of modern technologies. Proposals and recommendations developed on the basis of Finnish experiences are of great importance in the formation of practical programs aimed at increasing financial literacy in the school education system of Uzbekistan. Today, the teaching experience of the pedagogues of their countries is embodied in the Finnish education system. After all, for more than ten years, 15-year-old students in this country have regularly shown very good results in the PISA international assessment program. The success of Finland is the teachers. Their status and independence are ensured for high-quality training. Education policy is aimed at equality. It should be mentioned that the location and climate of Finland have an impact on its economy.
