This article examines the issues of improving mechanisms for effective management of tourism services. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical significance of institutional, economic, strategic, organizational, digital, marketing, monitoring, human resource, and sustainable development mechanisms in managing the tourism services market. Based on the case of Uzbekistan, the findings reveal that scientific research mainly focuses on institutional and economic mechanisms, while digital management, monitoring, and sustainability aspects remain insufficiently explored. The study substantiates the need for an integrated management approach and proposes scientifically grounded conclusions and practical recommendations for enhancing the efficiency of tourism services management.

This article analyzes the legal foundations, methodology and initial results of implementing the stability rating system for business entities in Uzbekistan. The aim of the study is to explain the essence of the rating system, to identify changes in the assessment criteria and to determine their impact on tax compliance and the stability of the business environment. Methodologically, the research employs descriptive and analytical analysis, a comparative approach based on international experience, diagnostic assessment and digital monitoring techniques. The empirical base relies on the information systems of the State Tax Committee, official statistical data and national regulatory acts. The findings show that, after the introduction of the stability rating, there has been a significant increase in timely tax payments, on-time submission of tax reports, the use of electronic invoices, overall employment and the employment of socially vulnerable groups. Furthermore, the paper substantiates that calculating the rating on the basis of 30-day average scores and introducing new incentive and penalty indicators have enhanced the transparency of the system and expanded the possibilities for selective fiscal management. The author proposes further improvement of the rating system, taking into account sectoral and regional specificities, as well as its more active use in the practices of banks, investors and public procurement.

The article analyzes the problems of assessing and managing the quality of education in higher educational institutions in the field of technology. It discusses the methods of improving the quality of teaching processes and managing the quality of education in the modern educational system. It has also been highlighted the application of statistical approaches to the assessment of student appropriation performance and the importance of these approaches in monitoring the quality of education. The results of the article include important scientific and practical recommendations in improving the quality of education for higher educational institutions in the technical direction.

This article examines the role of generative artificial intelligence in the digital transformation of economic sectors, with a particular focus on assessing implementation efficiency and ensuring technological security. The study argues that generative AI is becoming a strategic tool for improving productivity, operational speed, decision-making quality, and innovation capacity across manufacturing, finance, logistics, public administration, and other sectors. At the same time, the article emphasizes that the benefits of generative AI are accompanied by serious technological risks, including data leakage, model misuse, privacy violations, unreliable outputs, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities. The research is based on a qualitative comparative analysis of recent open-access academic and institutional sources, including OECD, World Bank, NIST, and sector-specific studies. The findings show that the effectiveness of generative AI should be evaluated through a dual framework that combines economic performance indicators with technological security criteria. The article concludes that sustainable implementation requires not only digital infrastructure and organizational adaptation, but also strong governance mechanisms, human oversight, and continuous risk monitoring.

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of financial risk management processes in commercial banks. In particular, modern methods of identifying, assessing, controlling, monitoring, and reporting financial risks are analyzed, and practical recommendations for improving management processes are developed. The main objective of the article is to develop a comprehensive approach to addressing issues related to financial risks and to identify the possibilities for applying this approach in ensuring the financial stability of commercial banks.

This article is dedicated to the study of the organizational mechanism of the integrated methodology for evaluating efficiency of sustainable development, exemplified by the enterprises of the fuel and energy industry of Uzbekistan. This article examines the institutional relationship between corruption and the shadow economy in Uzbekistan, as well as their impact on market competition, the investment climate, the quality of public administration, and macroeconomic stability. The purpose of the study is to identify the mechanisms through which corrupt practices contribute to the expansion of the shadow economy and to develop scientifically grounded proposals for improving institutional anti-corruption policy. The study employs systemic, comparative, economic-statistical, legal-institutional analysis, and logical generalization methods. The empirical basis of the research includes international rankings for 2017–2025, statistical data on corruption-related crimes for 2023–2024, regulatory legal acts, and scholarly literature. The findings indicate that corruption is not merely a legal offence, but a systemic institutional factor affecting resource allocation, the efficiency of public expenditures, tax discipline, and the scale of the shadow economy. The article develops practical recommendations for the institutional improvement of compliance control mechanisms, digital monitoring, transparency in public procurement, asset recovery, and the preliminary assessment of corruption risks.

This article provides recommendations for developing innovative methods to assess the environmental impact of industrial enterprise development by examining international experiences, various methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and advanced global practices in environmental impact assessment. It also analyzes key global indicators related to industry and waste management, as well as year-by-year statistical data on pollutant emissions released into the atmosphere by industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan. Furthermore, the article identifies several systemic challenges in the process of reducing the environmental impact of industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan and offers recommendations for addressing these issues.

This article develops an econometric framework to formalize the determinants of consumer behavior and to quantify their effects on purchase decisions and consumption volumes. The analysis systematizes key drivers such as income and income uncertainty, prices and inflation expectations, household socio-demographic characteristics, access to information and digital channels, marketing exposure, and behavioral factors (trust and risk preferences). Methodologically, the study employs discrete-choice models (logit/probit) to estimate purchase probabilities, regression and panel data specifications (fixed/random effects) to model demand intensity, and strategies to mitigate endogeneity (instrumental variables and robustness checks). The proposed formalization supports evidence-based consumer policy design, market monitoring, and evaluation of interventions aimed at improving market transparency and consumer welfare.
