This article is devoted to consideration of the issues of formation of accounting policies in the organization of accounting for agricultural activities. In particular, the article presents opinions, approaches and proposals on the concept of accounting policy, its structure, the procedure for reflecting agricultural activities in accounting policies. Relevant conclusions have been formulated in reliance upon the results of the study.
The reforms and the mechanism of development in the field of agriculture in Kashkadarya region are widely studied and their theoretical aspects are explained. Agricultural economy in 2011-2023 was analyzed on the basis of statistics agency and suggestions were made. The main aspects of the need for econometric modeling of the production process of agricultural products are covered by the table. The strategy of econometric modeling of the development and management of the production of agricultural products is explained theoretically. Their analysis on the concept of agricultural development is summarized and the main concepts are presented. Environmental programs need to look for new strategies and solutions to solve these problems. According to the scientists of agriculture and environmental protection, the results of these efforts have been given.
Based on statistical data, this article will highlight the dynamic changes observed in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan during 2020-2024, individual patterns in them and their impact on forecast indicators for the coming periods. Based on official statistics related to the agricultural sector, the observed changes in macroeconomic indicators as a result of modernization processes in agriculture and their impact on the well-being of the population are analyzed.
This scientific article analyzes the organizational and legal framework for the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in agriculture in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main purpose of the study is to assess the legal conditions created for small business entities operating in the agricultural sector, support measures provided by the state, and their impact on economic development. The article examines the decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, state programs, and regulatory legal acts aimed at the development of small business and private entrepreneurship as the main sources. These documents pay special attention to issues such as liberalization of entrepreneurial activity, simplification of registration procedures, provision of tax and financial incentives, and expansion of preferential lending mechanisms. These measures serve to create a favorable business environment for the activities of small business entities. During the study, the production volume, share of employment, and place of small business in agriculture in the economy were analyzed based on official statistical data. The results show that small businesses play an important role in providing employment, increasing incomes, and increasing food production in rural areas. In particular, dehkan farms and small enterprises provide the bulk of agricultural production. At the same time, the article also highlights some of the problems that hinder the development of small businesses, including limited access to financial resources, and shortcomings in the infrastructure and logistics system. At the end of the study, practical conclusions and proposals are made for the further development of small businesses in agriculture.
The article examines modern theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of sustainable development of regional agriculture. The patterns and principles of efficient production and market relations in agriculture are revealed, the trends in the development of regional agriculture are described on the basis of an economic and statistical analysis of the main indicators. Based on the identified trends in changes in the territory, directions for agricultural development have been determined. Proposals for the formation of directions and a mechanism for regulating the sustainability of agricultural development at the stage of economic modernization have been substantiated.

This article reflects the problems and solutions for the development of agriculture, which is considered the main factor in the development of the regionʼs economy. Agriculture is one of the main sectors in the economy of any country. Climate changes and environmental degradation observed in recent years are directly related not only to natural factors, but also to the processes of human development, resulting in frequent recurrence of droughts, constant monitoring of dust and rains, and disruption of rainy seasons. This has a serious impact on the countryʼs agricultural system, the incomes of rural residents, and food security.

This article analyzes consistent development of agricultural production, further strengthening the country's food security, reducing cotton seeding lands, establishing intensive orchards (fruit gardens) and improving land reclamation. At the same time, “The New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026” presents conclusions on the tasks to set up agriculture development.

It explores how the integration of digital technologies—such as Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and cyber-physical systems—reshapes industrial production, enhances resource efficiency, and fosters sustainable development, while simultaneously posing social and institutional challenges. The research employs a systemic analysis and comparative approach, highlighting the differential adoption of smart technologies like Smart Grid in Russia and IoT-driven agricultural advancements in Uzbekistan, alongside G7 leadership in automation. Findings reveal that while Industry 4.0 drives economic growth and environmental benefits, it also exacerbates labor market disruptions and resource demands, necessitating robust institutional reforms and a "Just Transition" framework. This comparative analysis underscores the need for tailored strategies to balance technological progress with social equity across diverse economic contexts.
This article examines modern trends in the development of the international insurance market and their adaptation to the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Key macroeconomic factors, digital transformations, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry are analyzed. Special attention is given to the need to implement international standards such as Solvency II, as well as the prospects for life and agricultural insurance in Uzbekistan. The study concludes with recommendations on digitalization, financial literacy improvement, and the enhancement of the regulatory framework in the insurance sector.
The paper discusses the importance of studying foreign experiences in improving ecological agriculture and the system of organic product cultivation. It is viewed as a crucial direction for diversifying the economy. This approach is aimed at transitioning enterprises towards the production and processing of ecological products, moving agriculture towards sustainable development, enhancing the competitiveness of products, increasing employment in rural areas, and improving the ecological-economic efficiency of production. The paper focuses on agricultural sustainability, organic farming, and economic diversification in the context of ecological product cultivation and processing. The case of cotton production in the transition to organic farming is analyzed, and recommendations are provided.

Walnut cultivation, development of the sector on the basis of modern technologies, walnut varieties capable of producing products that meet the requirements of the world market, introduction of economical and digital agro-technologies will ensure improvement of product quality and increase of labor productivity in the network.
Econometric modeling is of great importance in ensuring the effective development of agroclusters and assessing their impact on economic processes. This article considers the theoretical and practical aspects of using panel data in analyzing and optimizing the activities of agroclusters. Since panel data takes into account time and territorial factors, it allows studying the short- and long-term dynamics of agroclusters. The article analyzes econometric approaches such as the use of simultaneous systematic models, solving the endogeneity problem using this modeling method, and applying cointegration methods. The research results serve as a scientific and practical basis for ensuring the sustainable development of agrocluster networks, making effective management decisions, and optimizing inter-cluster integration processes.
