Abstract

Korporativ madaniyat tashkilotning ichki muhitini shakllantiruvchi asosiy omillardan biri bo‘lib, uning samaradorligi va barqarorligini ta’minlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Robert Quinn va Kim Kemeron korporativ madaniyatlarni tasniflash uchun ishlatiladigan to'rtta quti madaniyati modelini yaratdilar. Uning vertikal o'qi tashkilotning barqarorlik yoki moslashuvchanlikka ko'proq e'tibor qaratishini, gorizontal o'qi esa tashkilotning ichki boshqaruv va integratsiyasini qanchalik darajada boshqara olishiga qarab klan, adxokratik, byurokratik va bozor tashkiliy madaniyatiga ajratilgan.
