This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of improving labor productivity in textile enterprises. The study examines the economic essence of labor productivity, the key factors influencing it, and issues related to the efficient organization of production processes. Furthermore, the paper substantiates the opportunities for increasing labor efficiency through the introduction of modern technologies, automation, improvement of employee qualifications, and the development of effective motivation systems. The economic impact of increasing labor productivity is also scientifically justified, particularly its role in reducing production costs, lowering product cost price, and increasing profit and profitability. Based on the research findings, practical recommendations aimed at enhancing efficiency in textile enterprises have been developed. These recommendations contribute to optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises

In the context of rapid digitalization of the economy, the issue of increasing labor productivity in small businesses is gaining special relevance, as the efficiency of labor resource utilization directly affects the competitiveness and sustainability of business entities. This article examines the key factors influencing labor productivity growth, taking into account the specific features of small enterprises under digital transformation. The study analyzes institutional constraints, organizational and managerial barriers, and the level of integration of digital solutions into management practices. Particular attention is paid to the potential of digital technologies such as automated management systems, digital analytics tools, and business process personalization instruments for optimizing internal resources. Based on empirical data and comparative analysis with international practice, recommendations are proposed for building a digital environment that stimulates labor efficiency growth. The findings may be useful in developing sustainable development strategies for small businesses within the digital economy.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES OF GOVERNMENT CUSTOMERS

The efficiency of public procurement activities of government customers is a key factor in ensuring the rational use of budgetary funds and improving the effectiveness of the public finance system. In the context of the digital transformation of the economy and the increasing complexity of the institutional environment, there is a growing need for a comprehensive evaluation of procurement activities that takes into account not only financial outcomes but also process-related, human resource, and strategic aspects. This article examines theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the efficiency of public procurement activities of government customers. Based on an analysis of international research, the necessity of moving from narrowly focused financial criteria toward a multidimensional system of indicators integrating economic, process, institutional, and labor-related parameters is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to indicators characterizing operating costs, labor productivity of procurement units, as well as the structure and concentration of suppliers.


The proposed system of indicators makes it possible to identify reserves for improving procurement efficiency, optimize the use of financial and human resources, and enhance the transparency and manageability of procurement processes. The results of the study may be used by government customers in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), the improvement of monitoring mechanisms, and the formulation of strategies for the development of the public procurement system

The development of production and the economic sustainability of a company are intrinsically linked to its workforce. Manufacturing processes, for the most part, rely on human labor. Every task performed is ultimately a product of human effort, and the efficiency of that effort directly reflects in the company’s economic performance indicators. This article explores the critical connection between workforce management and economic sustainability, covering key aspects of personnel policy, including the formation of a healthy and capable team, the composition and qualifications of personnel based on demographic factors, and their strategic placement within the production process. It highlights the importance of timely adaptation to changes in production and working conditions, alongside the integration of scientific and technological advancements, and the promotion of novel production techniques. Furthermore, the article provides a case study analyzing the current state of workforce utilization within a specific economic entity, culminating in actionable recommendations aimed at optimizing employee contributions, especially their intellectual and physical potential.

ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE OF THE EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION SYSTEM IN THE SMALL BUSINESS AND PRIVATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP SECTOR OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the current state of the employee motivation system in Uzbekistan's SME sector based on empirical data. A study conducted with the participation of over 100 enterprises and more than 1,500 employees revealed the predominance of material incentive methods (64.8%) and insufficient application of non-material motivation tools (average 35%). Correlation analysis demonstrates a strong positive relationship between motivation and labor productivity (r=0.78, p<0.001). According to the research results, enterprises applying a comprehensive motivation system show employee satisfaction of 74.8% and staff turnover of 14.8%. The article presents scientific recommendations for further improvement of the motivation system in the SMB sector and enhancement of its effectiveness based on research findings

This article examines the issues of assessing organizational and economic efficiency and analyzing human resource policy in toy manufacturing enterprises. The research focuses on the activities of “Green Line Toys” LLC and “Toys City” LLC. The study analyzes workforce size, age and position structure, wage policy, management costs, and financial performance over the period 2021–2025. Economic-statistical, comparative, and dynamic analysis methods were applied in the research process. The findings indicate that significant changes in workforce size and structure particularly during periods of intensified automation have a direct impact on the financial stability and profitability of enterprises. The study confirms that a balanced HR policy and effective optimization of management costs play a crucial role in improving organizational and economic efficiency

It begins by explaining the application of the definite integral to calculating the surface area of geometric figures in a plane. Examples of economic problems are also given, including output, labor productivity, and income inequality through the Gini coefficient. Based on the supply and demand functions, consumer and producer surpluses are expressed using the definite integral. Each topic is illustrated with mathematical formulas, graphs, and real-life examples, demonstrating the importance of integral calculus not only in theory but also in economic and social practice. The article provides a profound analysis of scientific schools, various theoretical perspectives on economic development, and their impact on economic growth. In particular, within the framework of classical, neoclassical, and modern endogenous growth theories, the sources of economic growth, capital accumulation, labor productivity, innovation, and the role of human capital development are substantiated.
