This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the didactic significance and pedagogical problems of information technologies in the development of the personality during adolescence. The article considers how the integration of information technologies into the educational process affects the cognitive, social and emotional development of adolescents. The introduction to this article describes the characteristics of adolescence and new pedagogical requirements emerging in the context of modern technologies. The literature review discusses sources that consider the pedagogical effectiveness and risks of information technologies based on theoretical and empirical research. The main part proposes methods of using information technologies in educational and didactic processes, the role of the teacher and the environment, differentiated approaches and assessment systems that take into account the individual characteristics of adolescents.

This article analyzes the experience of developed countries (USA, Germany, Japan, Estonia, South Korea) in managing small business statistics and using information databases. The article demonstrates the importance of statistical indicator systems, digital platforms, real-time monitoring, and artificial intelligence technologies used in foreign countries. Through comparative analysis, the current state of Uzbekistan’s statistical information databases (Stat.uz, my.gov.uz, soliq.uz, ERI, SPINIDA) has been assessed and ways to improve them have been identified. As a result of the research, recommendations have been developed for creating a unified electronic statistical system, integrating platforms, and implementing AI and Big Data technologies. The research results can be used to improve small business support policies and develop the national digital economy in Uzbekistan

This article investigates the application of ARIMA models, considered an advanced econometric method for time series analysis, in evaluating and forecasting regional economic growth trends. Corresponding models were constructed based on the dynamics of real economic growth rates and nominal gross regional product (GRP) volume of the Surxondaryo region for the period of 2010–2025. The stationarity of the time series was verified using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test , and the model orders were optimized based on AIC, BIC, and HQC information criteria. As a result of the study, ARIMA(0,1,2) for regional economic growth rates and ARIMA(3,2,2) for nominal GRP volume were specified, and medium-term forecast values for 2026–2031 were calculated. These models and forecasts serve as a scientific and practical basis for decision-makers in ensuring regional economic stability , maintaining employment , and planning fiscal-budgetary indicators

The paper examines the economic essence and theoretical evolution of digital governance in joint-stock companies, with a focus on joint-stock banks, under transformation. It argues that digital governance goes beyond IT adoption by reducing information asymmetry as well as agency and transaction costs, strengthening control and accountability, and enabling early risk identification. Using comparative and content analysis, the study contrasts key concepts, proposes an evolutionary model and a factor system, and formulates an author’s definition of digital governance. The study studied the current mechanisms of forecasting processes for the main direct taxes, such as profit tax, personal income tax, and property and land taxes. Based on statistical analysis, comparative assessment, and economic modeling methods, factors affecting the accuracy and stability of forecast indicators were assessed. The impact of macroeconomic indicators, tax base expansion, and tax administration digitization processes on the quality of forecasting was also revealed. Based on the results of the study, scientific and practical proposals and conclusions were developed aimed at using modern economic and mathematical models in forecasting accurate tax revenues, improving the information base, and strengthening the institutional approach
