Maqolada transformatsiyalashuv sharoitida aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida, xususan bank AJlarda raqamli boshqaruvning iqtisodiy mohiyati va nazariy evolyutsiyasi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot raqamli boshqaruvni IT joriy etish bilan cheklamasdan, axborot asimmetriyasi hamda agentlik va tranzaksion xarajatlarni qisqartirish, nazorat va hisobdorlikni kuchaytirish, risklarni erta aniqlash orqali izohlaydi.
