This article analyzes the impact of infrastructure on economic growth and explores the possibilities of increasing efficiency through standardization. Infrastructure has a significant impact on the economic development of the state, sustainable growth and competitiveness. The article reviews the effectiveness of state policies and implemented standards in various areas of infrastructure - transport, energy, communications and industrial infrastructure. The standardization process ensures the sustainability of economic growth through efficient resource management, the introduction of technological innovations and improving quality. Particular attention is paid to practical approaches to modernizing infrastructure in Uzbekistan and thereby achieving economic stability. The article also analyzes the economic benefits of the state's investment approach to infrastructure projects, including their role in creating jobs and strengthening competition in various sectors. The article, while demonstrating the positive impact of infrastructure and standardization on the economy, also assesses the future prospects of such policies.

The article analyzes the economic significance and effectiveness of the use of external debt in financing infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan. The study examined the role of external debt resources in the development of energy, transport, utilities and water management infrastructure. It also analyzed the multiplier effect of infrastructure investments on economic growth, institutional problems in financing investment projects and opportunities for the effective use of external debt. The results of the study showed that improving investment assessment mechanisms, expanding public-private partnerships and effective management of the external debt portfolio are of great importance in financing infrastructure projects. These approaches will serve to increase the efficiency of the use of external debt and the sustainable development of the country's infrastructure

This research study examines the content analysis of tourism infrastructure and aims to assess the state of infrastructure based on a comprehensive approach that includes the country's transport networks, digital (smart) services, environmental monitoring and resilience to emergencies. The study analyzes transport infrastructure, smart tourism applications, green infrastructure and resilience factors before and after the pandemic. At the same time, it also highlights the problems of regional imbalances and digital inclusion. Practical measures for improvement are analyzed. The main objective of the study is to study tourism infrastructure based on an integrated assessment model, identify existing strengths and weaknesses and develop proposals to increase resilience in emergencies. This study is also of importance to policymakers and government agencies, tourism operators and digital platform owners, academic researchers and students of higher education institutions, local communities and regional development specialists, as well as ecology and environmental management organizations and specialists in the field of urbanization development. The scientific novelty of the study is that it makes a new theoretical and practical contribution to the topic by developing an assessment model and a set of empirical indicators that combine the components of tourism infrastructure with transport, smart services, environmental monitoring and resilience

В данном исследовании рассматривается анализ туристической инфраструктуры в Южной Корее с целью оценки состояния инфраструктуры на основе комплексного подхода, включающего компоненты транспортных сетей страны, цифровые (умные) услуги, мониторинг окружающей среды и устойчивость к чрезвычайным ситуациям. В исследовании анализируются транспортная инфраструктура, покрытие Интернетом и 5G, интеллектуальные туристические приложения, кибербезопасность, зеленая инфраструктура и факторы устойчивости до и после пандемии. В то же время будут также освещены вопросы регионального дисбаланса и цифровой инклюзивности. Анализируются практические меры по улучшению. Основная цель исследования — изучить туристическую инфраструктуру Южной Кореи на основе комплексной модели оценки, выявить имеющиеся сильные и слабые стороны и разработать предложения по повышению устойчивости в чрезвычайных ситуациях. Данное исследование также представляет интерес для политиков и государственных учреждений, туроператоров и владельцев цифровых платформ, научных исследователей и студентов университетов, местных сообществ и специалистов по региональному развитию, а также организаций по экологии и управлению природопользованием и специалистов в области развития урбанизации. Научная новизна исследования заключается в том, что оно вносит новый теоретический и практический вклад в тему путем разработки модели оценки и набора эмпирических показателей, объединяющих компоненты туристической инфраструктуры, транспорта, интеллектуальных услуг, мониторинга окружающей среды и устойчивости.

This article will comprehensively analyze the role and potential of the green economy in the innovative development of regional infrastructure. Global climate changes, restrictions on Natural Resources, and increased environmental pollution are calling for the introduction of a green economy-based development model. Especially at the regional level, the formation of infrastructure in an environmentally sustainable and innovative direction is one of the pressing issues. The article covers the basic principles of the green economy, its impact on infrastructure development, the importance of environmentally friendly energy sources, waste-free technologies and sustainable transport systems. Also considered in regional projects are the possibilities of attracting green investments, increasing environmental efficiency, rational use of resources using digital technologies. This article can be useful for professionals, researchers working in the area of regional infrastructure, as well as practitioners engaged in innovative and environmental approaches.

This article analyzes the impact of transport infrastructure on destination development and demonstrates how it influences the traditional demand for tourism at the international trade level. An efficient transportation system and adequate infrastructure are essential for the growth of the tourism sector. Having well-developed transport infrastructure leads to lower transportation and trade costs and reduces travel distance, which contributes to the development of international tourism. Based on panel data from 22 countries that traded with Uzbekistan during the period 2003–2023, the study examines bilateral tourism flows over that time. We applied the gravity model to international tourism flows, controlling for the role of infrastructure in the dataset and disaggregating the data by country and time. The results show that inbound tourism to Uzbekistan is strongly influenced by both the direct and indirect development of its transport infrastructure. According to our findings, Uzbekistan can strategically develop its tourism sector by improving its transportation infrastructure – specifically railways, roads, and air transport.

This article analyzes the current state of educational tourism infrastructure in Uzbekistan and highlights development opportunities and existing problems in this area. The article analyzes statistics of foreign students, international rankings of higher education institutions and infrastructure capabilities, and identifies development areas necessary to increase the attractiveness of Uzbekistan as a center for educational tourism. The article offers proposals for adapting to international education standards, improving quality and expanding infrastructure, including dormitories and digital educational platforms. The article also provides recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of Uzbekistan in the global educational tourism market through strategic investments, support for regional infrastructure and marketing activities.

This study evaluates the nonlinear relationship between living standards and economic growth in the Qashqadaryo region during 2010–2024 using the ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) model. This article analyses the use of electronic money in Uzbekistan, as well as the factors influencing its development and the existing challenGES. Although the adoption of electronic payment instruments has significantly increased in recent years due to the growth of the digital economy, several constraints—including insufficient infrastructure, low digital literacy, and limited trust in the banking system—have been identified as slowing down this process. The study provides a comparative analysis of the experiences of Uzbekistan, Turkey, and Kazakhstan, and presents statistical data on chanGES in total bank deposits, the share of electronic money, and term deposits from 2017 to 2024. The findings indicate that despite the rise in the use of electronic money, its share within total bank funds has decreased. These trends are shown to be closely related to the development of digital infrastructure, security systems, digital literacy, and government regulatory policies. The author emphasizes the need to expand infrastructure, strengthen security measures, improve digital literacy, and enhance the legal framework to further promote the development of the electronic money market

This study evaluates the endogenous drivers of economic growth in Kashkadarya region using statistical data from 2010–2025 through neuro-fuzzy (ANFIS) and multilayer perceptron (MLP) models. Household income, traditional and digital infrastructure were selected as key indicators. The ANFIS model achieved high accuracy (R² = 0.977; RMSE = 0.40; MAPE = 7.8%), effectively capturing nonlinear economic relationships. A 3D surface plot highlighted the strong synergy between digital infrastructure and income. In comparison, the MLP model yielded slightly lower accuracy. The results suggest that investing in digital infrastructure and applying endogenous modeling approaches are crucial for strategic planning

This article analyzes the possibilities of tourism development in Uzbekistan through investment and modernization of railway, bus and passenger infrastructure. The article analyzes reforms in the conditions of Uzbekistan based on the transport policy of European countries. Liberalization and privatization of transport infrastructure are aimed at increasing the flow of tourists and improving economic efficiency. This study shows the dynamics of investment, passenger flow and market share in the railway and bus transport sector. Recommendations are developed to improve the quality of transport services through economic efficiency, public-private partnership and innovation.

The analysis of factors influencing the investment attractiveness of the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan includes the study of economic, social, and infrastructure indicators. Among the key factors are the availability of developed infrastructure, access to resources, government support, and the level of urbanization. The development of special economic zones (SEZ) and the improvement of the business climate also play an important role in enhancing the regions' attractiveness for investors. The study helps identify the strengths and weaknesses of the regions, which contributes to the development of effective strategies for attracting investments and stimulating economic growth in Uzbekistan.

The article presents an econometric analysis of trends in the development of industrial infrastructure in the Kashkadarya region. Based on the parameters of the production function, which expresses the dependence of the volume of industrial production on the cost of fixed assets and the amount of labor resources, an econometric model was created, and the reliability of the model was assessed. Public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms are considered an effective tool for developing local infrastructure, attracting investments and improving the quality of services. This article assesses the state of application of the PPP system in the Kashkadarya region, analyzes existing projects and assesses their economic and social effectiveness. The study used a systematic approach based on documentary sources, official statistics, international experience and opinions of local experts. The results showed that PPPs play a significant role in the region's infrastructure sectors, in particular, healthcare, education and energy. At the same time, areas for improvement were developed based on an analysis of existing institutional barriers and investment risks

The article examines the role of insolation as a system-forming factor in the development and optimization of housing infrastructure under urbanization conditions. The interrelation between insolation and regional economic parameters is substantiated, including energy consumption, sanitary and hygienic indicators, and socio-demographic living conditions. Based on methods of mathematical modeling, algorithms for calculating and optimizing the insolation characteristics of residential development are proposed. Practical examples from housing construction in the city of Tashkent are analyzed, demonstrating the impact of insolation parameters on the economic indicators of the region. Conclusions and recommendations are formulated regarding the integration of insolation requirements into urban planning programs and housing policy projects.

In the article, the organizational and economic mechanisms of territorial development of industrial sectors are one of the current topics, as well as the opinions of a number of scientists aimed at improving them. The organizational and economic mechanisms of regional development of industrial sectors are shown schematically, and the structure of regional specialization of the industrial sector is shown. The dependence of industrial development on natural resources, the schedule of mutual energy supply of industries, the connection of industry with telecommunications and information technologies (ICT) are highlighted, and conclusions and proposals are given.

This article examines the impact of public finance and international credit resources on the education system through a comprehensive analytical approach. The study substantiates the role of financial mechanisms in improving educational quality, developing infrastructure, and fostering human capital formation. Particular attention is given to evaluating the effectiveness of international loans provided by financial institutions and their integration into national education systems. The findings indicate that diversification of funding sources contributes to the sustainable development of education; however, the efficiency of resource utilization largely depends on the effectiveness of governance frameworks. This article systematically examines the socio-economic factors influencing the level of housing provision for the population. The study identifies and groups key factors such as income levels, employment status, family composition, urbanization processes, availability of mortgage lending, housing prices, state housing policy and subsidies, demographic changes, and infrastructure development. The research findings aim to determine the interrelationships among these factors and the extent of their impact on improving housing conditions for the population, while providing practical recommendations for shaping state policy and ensuring socio-economic stability
