The reforms and the mechanism of development in the field of agriculture in Kashkadarya region are widely studied and their theoretical aspects are explained. Agricultural economy in 2011-2023 was analyzed on the basis of statistics agency and suggestions were made. The main aspects of the need for econometric modeling of the production process of agricultural products are covered by the table. The strategy of econometric modeling of the development and management of the production of agricultural products is explained theoretically. Their analysis on the concept of agricultural development is summarized and the main concepts are presented. Environmental programs need to look for new strategies and solutions to solve these problems. According to the scientists of agriculture and environmental protection, the results of these efforts have been given.

ANALYSIS OF STATISTICAL RESEARCH OF THE GASTRONOMIC TOURISM MARKET IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The purpose of this article is to identify the potential for the development of gastronomic tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the analysis of statistical data. Research methods include statistical data analysis, SWOT analysis. The results of the study. Uzbekistan has a rich potential for the development of gastronomic tourism, due to its unique cuisine, historical and cultural heritage, as well as a favorable climate. Gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan is at the stage of development, but shows positive growth dynamics. The share of income from gastronomic tourism in the total GDP of Uzbekistan is about 2%. The problems hindering the development of gastronomic tourism include a lack of infrastructure, a shortage of qualified personnel, and limited information for foreign tourists. It has been revealed that gastronomic tourism can become one of the leading directions of the tourism industry in Uzbekistan, subject to state support and competent management. For the development of gastronomic tourism, it is necessary to develop tourist infrastructure; improve the skills of personnel; actively promote the gastronomic potential of Uzbekistan on the international market; develop new gastronomic routes; preserve and popularize traditional recipes and cooking technologies.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE DYNAMICS AND TRENDS OF MORTALITY RATES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KARAKALPAKSTAN

This article examines the dynamics of absolute and relative mortality rates of the
population of the Republic of Karakalpakstan over a 20-year period, and compares the position of these indicators in cities and villages. Also, in the context of regional cities of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, mortality rates were analyzed through cross-comparison, the indicators of regional cities were examined based on international criteria, and the causes of death of the deceased were analyzed. In addition, the dynamics of infant mortality in the Republic of Karakalpakstan was studied and an analysis was carried out of the causes of death by year, as well as those who died under the age of 1 year. A comparison and analysis of the dynamics of life expectancy at birth in the Republic of Karakalpakstan in recent years has been carried out, and
conclusions and proposals have been made based on all the analyses.

ECONOMETRIC MODELING AND FORECASTING OF ENTERPRISE ASSET INDICATORS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This paper applies multivariate econometric modeling methods to evaluate and forecast enterprise asset indicators in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The case study focuses on “Grant Thornton Valuation” LLC, where revenues from privatization serve as the dependent variable. Explanatory variables include the number of contracts, the number of valuation reports, the number of privatized objects, as well as the number of issued certificates and licenses. The model’s reliability was tested using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, VIF, and ADF tests, followed by forecasting. The results provide practical insights for analyzing enterprise performance and projecting future trends.

THE ECONOMIC SIGNIFICANCE OF CUSTOMS SERVICES IN FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

This article analyzes the economic significance of customs services and their role in supporting entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan amid expanding trade flows and increasingly complex supply and logistics chains. The relevance of the study is explained by growing demands for faster customs clearance, greater transparency and security, the need to improve the risk management system, and the wider adoption of digital solutions. The research approach combines a review of relevant academic literature, an analysis of regulatory and legal documents, and descriptive–dynamic comparative analysis based on official statistics. The results indicate rising concentration in the structure of imports and exports and an increase in associated risks, thereby substantiating policy directions focused on risk-based control, automation, and the reduction of the “human factor.” The author interprets customs authorities as a strategic trade infrastructure and provides practical recommendations. The study’s scientific contribution lies in systematizing the mechanisms through which customs services facilitate trade, identifying key indicators, and proposing areas for improving practical reform measures.

FORECASTING TRENDS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY IN UZBEKISTAN: AN ARIMA MODEL APPROACH

This study intends to forecast the agricultural commodities in Uzbekistan. The data were obtained from National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study’s 15-year duration spans from 2010 until 2024. Box-Jenkin’s methodology, known as Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) approach was used in this study on a number of specific Uzbek agricultural commodities. According to the methodology requirement for large amount of data points, 10 species of agricultural products were chosen. All the essential steps of the model were utilized methodically for dynamic forecasting 5 periods ahead from 2025onwards. Using various model selection criteria, including Adj R^ 2, the minimum AIC value, and the lowest MAPE values, the study confirmed the accuracy of the model. Barley had the lowest Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) value among these products, while cabbage had the lowest Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value.

ENSURING THE STABILITY OF LOCAL BUDGETS THROUGH EXPANDING THE TAX BASE: AN ANALYSIS FOR 2021-2024

This study analyses the tax revenues and their composition in local budgets of Uzbekistan for the period 2021-2024. A descriptive statistical approach, visualization, and a panel-data framework were employed. The findings highlight the growing diversification of the tax base and the strengthening of budgetary revenues. Conclusions include practical recommendations to ensure local budget stability, improve tax policy, and broaden revenue sources. The results are relevant for maintaining fiscal stability and stimulating local economic development.

This article examines the issues of improving the system of communication service provision to the population from institutional and economic perspectives. The study provides a theoretical substantiation of governance mechanisms, regulatory instruments, and factors determining the efficiency of the communication services market. Within the framework of the empirical analysis, official statistical data are employed to explore the relationships between service coverage, intensity of use, and regional economic indicators. The findings demonstrate that the sustainable development of the communication services system is directly dependent on the effectiveness of the institutional environment. The article proposes a model of institutional improvement aimed at aligning state regulatory policy, investment balance, and competitive market conditions. The results of the study provide a foundation for the development of scientifically grounded practical solutions focused on advancing communication services and enhancing sectoral governance efficiency.

DIRECT AND INDIRECT EFFECTS OF THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY ON AIR POLLUTION IN UZBEKISTAN – MACROECONOMIC ANALYSIS

This article presents a macro-level econometric analysis of the direct and indirect effects of the textile industry on air pollution in Uzbekistan. The analysis incorporates key variables, including electricity supply across the entire industrial sector, textile production output, and the share of the textile industry in total industrial activity. The study examines observed deviations in pollution levels and identifies underlying economic and structural factors. Based on the findings, the article provides policy-oriented recommendations and strategic measures aimed at mitigating environmental impacts and reducing air pollution in Uzbekistan.
