The article provides a comparative analysis of energy efficiency and the structure of fuel and energy resource consumption (FER) by region in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on statistical data for 2024, significant interregional disparities have been identified: the energy efficiency indicator varies from 1.3% in the Andijan region to 8.0% in the Tashkent region. It was found that the high level of energy efficiency in a number of regions (Karakalpakstan, Kashkadarya region) is associated with an excessive dependence on fossil fuels (more than 73%), which poses risks to environmental sustainability. Based on cluster analysis, groups of regions with similar consumption profiles were formed, for each of which differentiated policy measures were proposed. Recommendations are given on improving the efficiency of energy use, diversifying the energy balance and integrating digital solutions in the context of the transition to a “green economy”.

This article analyzes the eco-energy resources of renewable energy sources, the potential for mitigating the consequences of climate change and costs, and analyzes Uzbekistanʼs climate change strategy, energy requirements and greenhouse effect, options for reducing emissions, and renewable technologies (solar, wind, bioenergy and hydropower).
The article is devoted to identifying ways to improve the management accounting methodology of companies in the energy industry of Uzbekistan to increase the efficiency of their financial management. To do this, a regression analysis of the dependence of the availability and quality of provided electricity resources in Uzbekistan on the factors identified in the literature review is carried out based on World Bank statistics for 2003-2020. As a result, key areas of management accounting for companies in the energy industry of Uzbekistan have been identified, which have the greatest positive impact on the efficiency of their financial management. Taking into account the identified areas, the author's recommendations are proposed to improve the methodology of management accounting of energy industry companies in Uzbekistan to increase the efficiency of their financial management.
This article examines the outcomes of introducing a "Green Economy" in Uzbekistan, analyzing the economic, social, health, and population welfare indicators within the country. It includes a review of both foreign and domestic literature on the topic, assesses the prospects and opportunities for the development of a green economy, and addresses issues related to improving the efficiency of using renewable and non-renewable energy sources.
In the case of processing of extracted natural gas, oil, and gas condensate, the tax base is realized and expanded, effective organization of tax control of large taxpayers in the field of oil, gas, fuel, and energy industry. Issues, scientific proposals, and recommendations for solving the problem of taxation have been developed.
Improving the efficiency of resource use in the enterprises of the oil and gas industry is today one of the priorities for ensuring economic and environmental stability. This scientific study analyzes advanced technologies aimed at saving resources, automating production processes, improving energy efficiency and ensuring environmental sustainability in industrial enterprises. On the basis of world experience, strategic approaches to the effective use of resources are studied, the effectiveness of which is assessed economically and technologically. At the same time, the existing problems at the enterprises of the oil and gas industry of our country are analyzed and proposals and recommendations for their elimination are developed.
In this article, in an econometric analysis of household income and demand for consumer goods, energy consumption per capita is assessed, the problems of ensuring energy savings are studied, the processes for eliminating them, as well as the efficient use of electrical energy resources have been studied. To assess the electricity consumption of the Republic of Uzbekistan, energy consumption in industries and sectors of the economy was compared and analyzed, and using elasticity coefficients it was studied how much electricity consumption will increase the income of the population by 1%.

This article analyzes the importance of innovative projects in municipal services. Based on the experience of the world and Uzbekistan, the study examines the economic, environmental, and social benefits of introducing innovative technologies. Innovative projects, including smart cities, digital management, energy efficiency, and waste recycling, analyze the possibilities of effective resource management, environmental protection, and population well-being through such approaches as smart cities, and digital management. The article also discusses the existing infrastructure, and financial and technological constraints in introducing innovative technologies and provides recommendations for solving these problems.

The foreign experience of banks in attracting credit resources from international financial organizations has been studied. In addition, the possibilities of applying international experience in the field of technical evaluation of projects, ways of cooperation with international financial institutions such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) were considered.
