Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasini axborotlashtirish jarayonlarining ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy ahamiyati tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda xalqaro tajribalar Janubiy Koreya, Singapur, Estoniya, Ispaniya va Turkiya misolida smart-turizm, e-visa, onlayn bronlash, raqamli marketing va elektron to‘lovlar kabi raqamli yechimlarning turizm rivojiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonning so‘nggi yillardagi raqamli infratuzilmasi, elektron xizmatlar qamrovi, turistlar oqimi va turizm eksporti bo‘yicha o‘sish dinamikasi baholandi. Qiyosiy tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan samarali foydalanish turizmning samaradorligi, xizmat sifati, bandlik darajasi va iqtisodiy faolligini sezilarli darajada oshirmoqda. Maqola yakunida turizmni yanada raqamlashtirish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
