This article provides a systematic analysis of the socio-economic significance of tourism digitalization in Uzbekistan. Drawing on the international experiences of South Korea, Singapore, Estonia, Spain, and Turkey, the study examines the impact of digital solutions such as smart tourism, e-visa systems, online booking platforms, digital marketing, and electronic payments on tourism development. The paper also evaluates recent trends in Uzbekistan’s digital infrastructure, electronic services coverage, tourist flows, and tourism exports. Comparative analysis reveals that effective use of ICT substantially enhances tourism efficiency, service quality, employment opportunities, and overall economic activity. The article concludes with recommendations aimed at further strengthening the digital transformation of the tourism sector.

The development of information technologies and their integration into the economic system play an important role in ensuring the country's economic growth, increasing efficiency and competitiveness. Informatization allows to further simplify and accelerate economic processes through the introduction of modern technologies, especially in the areas of public administration, business and education. In particular, the digital economy, e-commerce, online services, as well as the use of databases and artificial intelligence technologies allow to achieve effective resource management and optimize production and service processes. The development of informatization also affects the improvement of the business environment, the creation of new jobs and ensuring economic stability. The article discusses the integration of information technologies into the economy, digital transformation processes and related economic results. The report also analyzes the opportunities and challenges arising from the transition of Uzbekistan to a digital economy.
This article examines the issues of improving the system of communication service provision to the population from institutional and economic perspectives. The study provides a theoretical substantiation of governance mechanisms, regulatory instruments, and factors determining the efficiency of the communication services market. Within the framework of the empirical analysis, official statistical data are employed to explore the relationships between service coverage, intensity of use, and regional economic indicators. The findings demonstrate that the sustainable development of the communication services system is directly dependent on the effectiveness of the institutional environment. The article proposes a model of institutional improvement aimed at aligning state regulatory policy, investment balance, and competitive market conditions. The results of the study provide a foundation for the development of scientifically grounded practical solutions focused on advancing communication services and enhancing sectoral governance efficiency.

Also, suggestions and recommendations are given that the rapid development of entrepreneurship can be achieved through the wide use of innovations in the modern world. The introduction of modern innovative technologies is a positive step for enterprises. Effective informatization of innovative technologies significantly increases macroeconomic indicators and socio-economic development processes of the enterprise, which leads to an increase in the quality and level of management decisions, the efficiency of information processes and services, which in turn improves socio-economic, scientific, technical, improves cultural and other indicators of life. The introduction of information in all processes and the development of modern digital technologies will have a positive effect on GDP growth. Digital technologies will significantly change the efficiency of the world economy. Global network, digital devices are drivers of economic growth. For this reason, their role in networks is of incomparable importance. The stages and importance of integration of digital technologies with socio-economic spheres are mentioned.
This article covers the opinions and conceptual approaches of scientists aimed at defining electronic money and its essence. Emergence and development stages of electronic money are studied. Different views of classical scholars and researchers in conceptual approaches to the interpretation of electronic money have been studied and analyzed by the author.
