kadrlar salohiyatini oshirish, xodimlarni boshqarish jarayonlarini optimallashtirish va mehnat
samaradorligiga erishishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, sohada inson kapitalini raqamli transformatsiya qilishning istiqbolli yo‘nalishlari bo‘yicha ilmiy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Raqamli platformalar va sun’iy intellekt elementlarining HRM tizimidagi roli kontseptual jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
