THE NEED FOR REGISTERING THE POPULATION IN A TEST METHOD

This article describes the necessity of a pilot census, the content, essence and goals of the pilot census process, the recommendations and practices of foreign countries of conducting of this process, the stages, organizational structure and processes of the preparation and conduct of the pilot census. It also provides detailed information on what to look for when conducting a pilot population census, as well as what measures will be taken in this process.
