PEDAGOGIKA TEXNIKUMLARIDA “TEACHING FACTORY” ELEMENTLARINI JORIY ETISH: O‘QUV-BILISH FAOLIYATINI AMALIYOTGA YAQINLASHTIRISH TAJRIBASI

Maqolada pedagogika texnikumlarida o‘quv-bilish faoliyatini amaliyotga yaqinlashtirish maqsadida “Teaching Factory” elementlarini joriy etish tajribasi tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot 5 texnikumda 12 hafta davomida olib borilib, 60 nafar o‘quvchi ishtirok etdi. Eksperimental guruhda mini-loyiha, demo-dars, real buyurtmaga asoslangan topshiriqlar va portfel baholash kabi komponentlar joriy qilindi. Natijalar kreativ fikrlash, muammoni hal qilish, jamoaviy hamkorlik, raqamli savodxonlik va refleksiya kompetensiyalarida 24–31 foiz o‘sishni ko‘rsatdi. SPSS tahlilida p<0.001 va Cohen’s d yuqori qiymatlar modelning ta’sirchanligini tasdiqladi. Olinan xulosalar Teaching Factory modelini pedagogika texnikumlari uchun samarali o‘quv texnologiyasi sifatida joriy etish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
