THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN SOFTWARE PRODUCING COMPANIES

Abstract

This article examines change management in the context of digital transformation in software development companies. The research analyzes organizational, human, and technological challenges that arise when implementing modern digital technologies. Theoretical approaches to change management based on models by Kurt Lewin, John Kotter, and the Prosci Institute are reviewed. The author proposes the Dynamic Change Transformation Model (DCTM), designed for systematic and human-centered management of digital transformation. The model integrates successful practices and offers an adaptive approach to managing organizational change. Based on the study results, practical recommendations are provided.
