This article analyzes the current state of the employee motivation system in Uzbekistan's SME sector based on empirical data. A study conducted with the participation of over 100 enterprises and more than 1,500 employees revealed the predominance of material incentive methods (64.8%) and insufficient application of non-material motivation tools (average 35%). Correlation analysis demonstrates a strong positive relationship between motivation and labor productivity (r=0.78, p<0.001). According to the research results, enterprises applying a comprehensive motivation system show employee satisfaction of 74.8% and staff turnover of 14.8%. The article presents scientific recommendations for further improvement of the motivation system in the SMB sector and enhancement of its effectiveness based on research findings

Furthermore, the paper substantiates the opportunities for increasing labor efficiency through the introduction of modern technologies, automation, improvement of employee qualifications, and the development of effective motivation systems. The economic impact of increasing labor productivity is also scientifically justified, particularly its role in reducing production costs, lowering product cost price, and increasing profit and profitability. Based on the research findings, practical recommendations aimed at enhancing efficiency in textile enterprises have been developed. These recommendations contribute to optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises

Based on the theories of scholars such as Piaget, Vygotsky, and Bandura, the study highlights the influence of the digital environment on thinking, memory, and motivation to learn. Recommendations for reducing the pedagogical potential and psychological risks associated with social media use are also offered.

The article analyzes modern trends in the development of pilgrimage tourism. It examines the essence of pilgrimage and religious tourism, as well as perspectives on them. Changes in the content of religious tourism and the characteristics of these changes are described. Issues of terminology related to the harmony of the concepts of pilgrimage and tourism, changes in tourist motivation for pilgrimage, the study of specific pilgrimage tourism objects, and the use of digital technologies in this field are also considered.
