Digital platforms play an important role in today's economy, providing users with various services and products and shaping the market. The article examines the impact of factors such as technological innovation, user experience, quality of services and products, social validation, business model and monetization strategy on increasing the competitiveness of digital platforms. At the same time, the article presents factors affecting the success of digital platforms in the market and ways to adapt to market conditions, as well as recommendations aimed at increasing competitiveness. The results of the study identify the main factors necessary for the successful management of digital platforms and effective operation in a competitive environment.

Thisscientific article comprehensively analyzes the main factors affecting the employment of competent specialists in the labor market. The study examines the relationship between the requirements of the labor market in the modern economic environment, the efficiency of the higher education system, the level of professional and practical competencies, digital skills, employers' requirements for personnel and state employment policy. The Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Statistics Committee, reports of international organizations (ILO, OECD, World Bank) and the results of a survey among 300 graduates of higher educational institutions. The article argues that, along with theoretical knowledge, practical training, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work with modern technologies are important factors in increasing the competitiveness of competent specialists. The relative weighting of the factors affecting employment was quantified using correlation and regression analysis. The article concludes with scientific and practical conclusions and proposals aimed at increasing the share of qualified personnel in the labor market, expanding the employability of graduates and strengthening the integration of education with practice

The formation of an effective competitive environment in regional consumer goods markets is a key condition for sustainable economic growth, consumer welfare and innovation-driven development. This study discusses the fundamentals, structural variables and strategic mechanisms of economic modernization and market liberalization affecting the competitiveness of regional consumer goods markets. Using a combination of comparative analysis, econometric modeling and empirical research in selected regions, the study identifies key factors such as market concentration ratios, entry barriers, institutional support mechanisms and consumer demand dynamics that determine the intensity of competition. Empirical results show that regions with diversified production structures, high levels of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) activity and strong institutional arrangements have higher market efficiency and consumer satisfaction. In addition, the study highlighted the importance of digital transformation, innovation ecosystems and public-private partnerships as strategic levers for building competitive advantages in the consumer goods sector
