This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the training system for production workers at garment manufacturing enterprises in Uzbekistan, the identification of existing problems, and the development of well-founded proposals for its improvement. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that, within the context of Uzbekistan’s garment manufacturing enterprises, the current state of the worker training system has been comprehensively analyzed, experimental studies have been conducted, and a system of practical recommendations has been developed through the integration of international and domestic experience. The approaches proposed in the article may be used by managers of garment manufacturing enterprises, HR managers, as well as faculty members of higher education institutions providing training for the industry, as methodological material for optimizing training programs, making investment decisions, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
This article studies the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of data-driven analytical and managerial competencies in the field of "Cost Engineering" among students of the agricultural mechanization program. This article analyzes the content of existing qualification requirements and curricula, and identifies theoretical and practical gaps in the development of economic and analytical skills of future engineers. The article reveals a methodology for improving the managerial potential of future engineers based on the principles of pedagogical and structural-logical modeling. Based on the identified regularities, a set of conceptual pedagogical recommendations for the higher education system has been developed

This article analyzes the innovative activity of food industry enterprises in the regions of Uzbekistan and their territorial distribution characteristics from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. The study considers the food industry as a strategic sector of the national economy, and evaluates the innovative activity of enterprises in close connection with the level of regional development, production infrastructure, institutional environment and human capital. It is substantiated how the uneven distribution of innovative activity across regions affects economic efficiency, competitiveness and added value creation processes. The article reveals the reasons for regional differences and shows the importance of a regional approach in increasing innovative activity. The results of the study serve as a scientific basis for the innovative development of the food industry and improving regional economic policy

Various methods of stimulation on this issue are studied and the possibilities of their use in industrial enterprises are identified and evaluated. Proposals are developed on the use of various methods of state financial stimulation of innovative activities.
