MASOFAVIY TA’LIM RAQAMLI PLATFORMALARINING IQTISODIY SAMARADORLIGINI XARAJATLAR, TALABALAR JALB QILINGANLIGI VA TA’LIM XIZMATLARI SIFATI KO‘RSATKICHLARI ASOSIDA BAHOLASH MODELI

Masofaviy ta’limning raqamli platformalari so‘nggi o‘n yillikda jahon ta’lim xizmatlari bozorining muhim qismiga aylandi: 2024-yilda uning hajmi 369,7 mlrd AQSh dollarini tashkil etdi va 2034-yilga borib 731,8 mlrd dollardan oshishi kutilmoqda. Maqolada masofaviy platformalarning iqtisodiy samaradorligini baholashning analitik modeli taklif qilingan bo‘lib, u uchta ko‘rsatkichlar guruhini hisobga oladi: xarajatlar (litsenziya, infratuzilma, kontent va qo‘llab-quvvatlash), talabalar jalb qilinganligi (foydalanuvchilar faolligi, platformada o‘tkazilgan vaqt, kurslarni tugatish ulushi) va ta’lim xizmatlari sifati (qoniqish, o‘zlashtirish, karyera samarasi). Coursera, edX, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning va Khan Academy ma’lumotlari asosida 2023–2024-yillar uchun qiyosiy iqtisodiy tahlil o‘tkazildi. Raqamli platformalarni joriy etish ta’lim muassasalarining operatsion xarajatlarini 20–35% ga qisqartirishga va ayni paytda ta’lim mavjudligini oshirishga imkon berishi ko‘rsatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ta’lim dasturlarining sifati va moliyaviy barqarorligini boshqarish uchun foydali bo‘lishi mumkin.
