В статье рассматривается роль государства в условиях рыночной экономики на примере Республики Узбекистан. Анализируется характер государственного участия в экономике в период продолжающихся рыночных реформ и структурной перестройки. Для исследования применяются сравнительный, структурный и статистический анализ макроэкономических показателей. Показано, в какой мере государственное регулирование и инвестиционная политика создают условия для промышленного развития и изменяют структуру промышленного производства в Узбекистане.
