В статье анализируется сущность системы управления, её основные функции и влияние на эффективность производства с теоретической и практической точки зрения. В исследовании рассматривается формирование функций управления и их влияние на деятельность предприятия на основе классических школ менеджмента и современных подходов. Также на основе практических примеров и современных моделей обосновывается влияние этих функций на показатели производительности производства, ресурсоэффективности, качества продукции и конкурентоспособности.
