Maqolada menejment tizimining mohiyati, asosiy funksiyalari va uning ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda klassik menejment maktablari va zamonaviy yondashuvlar asosida boshqaruv funksiyalarining shakllanishi va ularning korxona faoliyatiga ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu funksiyalarning ishlab chiqarish unumdorligi, resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligi, mahsulot sifati va raqobatbardoshlik ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri amaliy misollar va ilg‘or modellar asosida asoslab berilgan.
