Abstract

This article studies the current state of investment attractiveness of joint-stock companies using the example of joint-stock companies in the transport sector. The current state of market value of shares and dividend payments in joint-stock companies in the transport sector, such as “Uzparavtotrans” JSC, “Boshtransloyiha” JSC, is analyzed and conclusions are given.
