ECONOMIC VALUATION OF REGIONAL NATURAL CAPITAL AND ITS PLACE IN THE SYSTEM OF CAPITAL FORMS (THE CASE OF THE KHOREZM REGION)

Using the example of the Khorezm region, the article analyzes the economic valuation of regional natural capital and its relationship with economic, human, and environmental capital. The monetary dynamics of natural capital for 2010–2024 are studied, and structural changes among the four forms of capital are assessed through statistical. The results show a significant increase in the economic value of natural capital; however, the growth rate of environmental capital lags behind the other forms, highlighting the need to balance economic growth with environmental sustainability.
