THE ROLE OF THE HUMAN FACTOR IN THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PROCESS

This paper analyzes the role of the human factor in the public procurement process, its positive and negative aspects, and its impact on the efficiency of the procurement system. It also highlights the importance of digital technologies and electronic platforms in ensuring transparency in public procurement and improving decision-making processes. Based on the research findings, recommendations have been developed to optimize the human factor, enhance the efficient use of public funds, and increase the openness and transparency of the public procurement system.
