Annotasiya

Mazkur maqolada temiryo‘l transportida yo‘lovchi xizmatlari sifatini oshirish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda xizmat sifati ko‘rsatkichlari va yo‘lovchilar ehtiyojlari tizimli yondashuv asosida o‘rganildi hamda statistik tahlil, taqqoslash va so‘rovnoma usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar asosida xizmat sifatini oshirish bo‘yicha ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqildi. Ushbu takliflar transport tizimi samaradorligini oshirish va yo‘lovchi talablarini qondirishga xizmat qiladi.
