Abstract

This article examines the problem of assessing the effectiveness of digital transformation management in information and communication technology (ICT) companies. The study analyzes the current state of digital transformation processes and identifies the key challenges associated with their evaluation. Based on the analysis, an integrated approach to assessing digital transformation effectiveness is proposed, incorporating technological, organizational, and human capital factors.
