HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AS A FACTOR IN REDUCING POVERTY

This article scientifically examines the role of human capital development in reducing poverty. It analyzes the opportunities for increasing household incomes through improving the quality of education, strengthening healthcare systems, and enhancing professional skills. The significance of the human factor in ensuring socio-economic stability is also substantiated. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of policies aimed at developing human capital and offers practical recommendations.
