Factors determining the well-being of the population are systematized in the article. Independent approaches have been developed in relation to the views of foreign scientists on tangible and intangible indicators that determine the well-being of life. In social protection of the population, the financial policy of the state and the priority aspects of its implementation were researched, and scientific recommendations aimed at its improvementhave been developed.
The article sets the urgent task of achieving continuous economic growth in exchange for the liberalization of the economy, modernization of the country, ensuring macroeconomic stability at the current stage of reforms being implemented in our republic. This, in turn, is the basis for achievements in the economy - a market economy, the improvement of forms of ownership, sharp structural changes in the economy, the development of personal affairs and private entrepreneurship also serve to improve the welfare of the population.

The study assessed the tax policy's compliance with national economic goals, its impact on business competitiveness, and its ability to stimulate economic growth and development. In addition, research examines the extent to which tax policy contributes to reducing income inequality and increasing social welfare. In order to increase the overall efficiency of the tax policy in Uzbekistan, potential directions for improvement in strategy and tactics are suggested.

This article analyzes the level of poverty in Uzbekistan, its dynamics, the main causes and proposals for reducing poverty in the country. Currently, the study of poverty reduction in conjunction with improving the quality of human capital is relevant at not only the global level, but also one of the most important tasks for the economy of Uzbekistan.

In this article, the practice of fire risk management as a result of carrying out rain risk assessment in residential houses of the Republic, installation of security equipment at low cost, possibilities of purchasing safe doors and making decisions in emergency situations is studied. In it, 3002 randomly selected residential areas of the republic were taken as objects. Statistical data of the research were obtained on the basis of social survey questions in Google form online. In the review of the literature, the views of foreign scientists on the subject were studied, and in the process of econometric modeling, the Ologit model was used in the Stata 18.0 program. After the analysis, linktest was used to check the quality of the regression model. Purchase of equipment at own expense and purchase of safe doors were found to be statistically significant in managing fire risks in residential areas.

In this article, taking into account the identified problems in the development of cities of different administrative ranks, special measures of urban policy are proposed for cities of different ranks. These include: the formation of agglomerations; the transfer of administrative, educational, production facilities outside the city and the transfer of management functions to other structures; the creation of innovative, science-intensive and high-tech activities, innovation-technology clusters; the interaction of nearby territories with cities based on innovative forms of management; the creation of satellite cities; the development of industrial, social, transport, engineering service functions and sectors based on specialization; the development of mechanisms for transferring investments, labor and production resources.
This article provides an empirical analysis of the key economic factors influencing regional disparities in household income. The study examines indicators such as per capita income, average wages, employment rate, investment volume, and healthcare infrastructure availability. The findings reveal that wage levels and the amount of attracted investments are the main determinants of income growth, while employment rates and healthcare resources exert indirect effects, serving as supplementary drivers of regional welfare. The results have both theoretical and practical significance for the development of regional economic policies aimed at reducing income disparities across territories

This article examines the concept of qualitative economic growth and its role as a central indicator of Uzbekistan's economic development. In contrast to traditional measures focused solely on GDP growth, qualitative economic growth emphasizes sustainable development, structural diversification, productivity growth, income equality, and social well-being. The study analyzes Uzbekistan's economic trajectory over the past decade, focusing on improvements in industrial production, investments in human capital, technology adoption, and institutional reforms. Using qualitative and quantitative data, the article assesses how macroeconomic stability, structural reforms, and regional development initiatives contribute not only to the volume but also to the quality of growth. The article concludes with recommendations for improving the quality of growth, including diversifying the economy, developing high-value industries, strengthening social protection, and improving governance efficiency.
This article develops an econometric framework to formalize the determinants of consumer behavior and to quantify their effects on purchase decisions and consumption volumes. The analysis systematizes key drivers such as income and income uncertainty, prices and inflation expectations, household socio-demographic characteristics, access to information and digital channels, marketing exposure, and behavioral factors (trust and risk preferences). Methodologically, the study employs discrete-choice models (logit/probit) to estimate purchase probabilities, regression and panel data specifications (fixed/random effects) to model demand intensity, and strategies to mitigate endogeneity (instrumental variables and robustness checks). The proposed formalization supports evidence-based consumer policy design, market monitoring, and evaluation of interventions aimed at improving market transparency and consumer welfare.
