This article analyzes the implementation of the green economy concept in Uzbekistan, its management system, and current directions for improving this system. It also substantiates the need to ensure environmental sustainability, rational use of resources, develop renewable energy sources, and conduct socio-economic reforms based on the principles of a green economy. The article develops proposals and recommendations for improving the green economy management system in Uzbekistan, based on foreign experience and national development strategies.

The article analyzes the effectiveness and fairness of income tax collection mechanisms from the perspective of economic stability and budget revenues.
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of foreign experience in the development of social services systems. The study examines social service models formed in international practice, with particular emphasis on the universal social services system implemented in Scandinavian countries, focusing on its institutional framework, financing mechanisms, and social effectiveness. The research highlights the theoretical and practical foundations of interpreting social services as long-term investments in human capital. Based on the findings, the possibilities of adapting foreign experience to the socio-economic conditions of Uzbekistan are assessed, and policy-oriented conclusions and recommendations for improving the national social services system are proposed.

In this article, financial planning is an important component of the economic management system, which directly affects the socio-economic development of society. Its main content is to direct available financial resources to specific goals, their effective use and ensure economic stability. Through financial planning, the state budget, enterprise finances and population incomes are harmonized, proportionality is maintained in the distribution of resources and the opportunity to develop priority areas is created. The social significance of financial planning is manifested in increasing the standard and quality of living of the population, supporting social sectors (education, healthcare, infrastructure, etc.), reducing poverty and ensuring employment. Economically, it serves macroeconomic stability, improving the investment climate, and increasing the competitiveness of the national economy.
