The article discusses the issues of the current state and problems of the activities of JSC Uzbekistan from the point of view of the formation and efficient use of financial resources, the requirements for the need for theoretical and methodological justification for the problems of diagnosing and classifying external and internal threats, principles, methods, mechanisms and tools for managing financial resources.
The efficient use and conservation of agricultural land resources are of paramount importance for the agriculture of Uzbekistan. This article analyzes the factors negatively impacting the degradation and erosion of agricultural lands, as well as soil fertility and crop productivity. It emphasizes the necessity of balanced use of organic and mineral fertilizers to maintain soil fertility and enhance agricultural productivity. Additionally, recommendations are provided for improving soil health and adopting sustainable agricultural practices.

This article analyzes the general trend of hotel business development in Uzbekistan. At the same time, in the example of the Nadir Samarkand hotel located in the city of Samarkand, the problem of efficient distribution of resources was solved using the simplex method.
This article analyzes the agrotechnical and economic efficiency of sesame cultivation in the areas of the Republic of Karakalpakstan with high salinity. Also, the research work has compared the sowing indicators and yields of sesame variety "Tashkent-122" on May 15 and June 15, and it was found that sowing on May 15 is the most effective time. According to the results of the economic analysis, sowing on May 15 brought 41.8% higher income than on June 15. This result indicates the importance of choosing the right sowing date and seed rate, and on this basis, proposals and recommendations have been developed to optimize sesame cultivation in the conditions of Karakalpakstan and increase economic efficiency.
This article analyzes the return on assets (ROA) indicator in determining the efficiency of commercial banks in Uzbekistan. Bank efficiency is important for the stability of the financial system and economic growth. The study analyzed the activities of commercial banks in the country in 1999-2023 based on statistical data, and also examined the differences in efficiency levels depending on the type of ownership of banks. Although the ROA of state-owned banks was low compared to private and foreign banks, private banks showed the highest level of efficiency. In addition, it was noted that the instability of banking activities and the impact of the pandemic negatively affected efficiency. The results of the study make it possible to offer practical recommendations for improving the activities of commercial banks and the efficient use of resources.

This article comprehensively analyzes the current state and promising directions for the development of the financial control system in state and public organizations, with special attention paid to optimizing control processes for the efficient use of public resources and achieving strategic goals. In addition, the article examines the problems faced by financial control in the public sector.
In this article, in an econometric analysis of household income and demand for consumer goods, energy consumption per capita is assessed, the problems of ensuring energy savings are studied, the processes for eliminating them, as well as the efficient use of electrical energy resources have been studied. To assess the electricity consumption of the Republic of Uzbekistan, energy consumption in industries and sectors of the economy was compared and analyzed, and using elasticity coefficients it was studied how much electricity consumption will increase the income of the population by 1%.
