The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of digitalization on tourism education and how it enhances workforce competencies for the digital age. A quantitative methodology was employed, utilizing an online survey distributed to 62 respondents, including students, teachers, and professionals in tourism, to gather insights on digital skills and educational adaptations in the sector. The findings reveal that digitalization has significantly transformed tourism education, with respondents emphasizing the importance of digital tools, AI, and personalized services.
The originality of this study lies in its exploration of emerging digital competencies required in the tourism workforce and its contribution to understanding how educational institutions can adapt to the evolving digital demands. It highlights the need for continuous skill development, digital literacy, and the integration of advanced technologies in tourism education to ensure competitiveness in the modern industry.
The tendency towards a digital university is reflected in the strategies of higher education institutions around the world. The current electronic-digital environment of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship was analyzed and its development of digital functionality and the existence of four elements of a digital university were substantiated. This article provides a theoretical and conceptual analysis of the interrelationship between the digital labor market emerging under the conditions of the platform economy and human capital. The study examines the institutional characteristics of labor relations organized through digital platforms, the mechanisms of algorithmic management, as well as new forms of utilizing human capital. The author interprets the digital labor market as an independent economic institution fundamentally different from traditional labor relations and substantiates the process of labor fragmentation within the segments of cloud work, crowd work, and gig work. The article demonstrates the transformation of human capital in the digital economy from a classical factor of production into a resource that generates data and increases platform value.

In this article, the main directions of the development of FinTech strategies in commercial banks are presented on the example of banks operating in Uzbekistan. This article analyzes the role of the IT sector in enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy under the conditions of globalization. A conclusion is made about the need to exchange experience and strengthen cooperation in the field of regulation of digital asset turnover in the CIS countries.

In recent years, strategies and programs aimed at poverty reduction have been developed in Uzbekistan, with the goal of improving the living standards and quality of life for the population in various regions. This article is dedicated to studying the effective impact of digital technologies on poverty reduction in Uzbekistan. To conduct this research, the "From Poverty to Prosperity"(2024) program was adopted. The analysis results show that digital technologies have a positive impact on poverty reduction. At the conclusion of the study, a model to enhance the impact of digital technologies on poverty reduction was proposed. The aim is to improve the quality of public services in poverty reduction by developing human resources, reforming the labor market, implementing modern forms of employment, and widely introducing decent labor standards based on international standards.
