The tourism industry is highly dependent on the skills of the workforce and the quality of their service in providing excellent services and experiences to travelers. Therefore, a solid system of personnel training is important to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the changing demands of the tourism industry, international standards, and the needs of tourists. However, various factors can affect the effectiveness of such training programs. In this research, several aspects that can affect the quality of the personnel training system in the field of tourism are studied. Based on empirical evidence and theoretical foundations, the article provides insights and recommendations on opportunities and strategies to optimize and modernize training systems to improve employee performance and organizational success in the tourism industry.
The article considers an important issue of training personnel with a scientific degree and the possibilities in the field of using statistical analysis to forecast this process. The use of statistical analysis to study and forecast the processes of training personnel with a scientific degree allows to significantly improve the efficiency of managing this process, optimize training costs, and ensure more accurate planning of the need for scientific personnel. This article examines staff training and development as a key factor in improving the efficiency of the Customs Clearance Center, established through the reform of merging remote electronic declaration posts. The study analyzes organizational challenges related to uneven task distribution, lack of transparency in performance evaluation, and a weak onboarding system for new employees. Methodological approaches are presented, and the necessity of introducing digital tools and elements of process management is substantiated. The research results confirm that human capital development is a systemic factor in enhancing the Center’s efficiency and forming an intelligent customs administration model.
