Тадқиқотда макроиқтисодий кўрсаткичларнинг қиёсий, таркибий ва статистик таҳлил усуллари қўлланилади. Давлат томонидан тартибга солиш ва инвестиция сиёсати Ўзбекистонда саноат ривожланиши учун қай даражада шароит яратиши ҳамда саноат ишлаб чиқариши тузилмасини қандай ўзгартириши кўрсатиб берилади.
