Abstract

This article examines the impact of mobile applications, big data analytics, and 
smart systems, which are the main directions of digital transformation in the tourism sector, on the quality of tourism services. The introduction of digital technologies in the global tourism market, the effectiveness of investment in them, and their use are analyzed. Based on international scientific research, practical recommendations for the tourism sector of Uzbekistan have been developed.
