Mazkur maqolada sotish tizimida qo‘llaniladigan marketing tadqiqotlari usullarining nazariy va amaliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Unda bozorni o‘rganish, iste’molchilar ehtiyojlari va xulq-atvorini tahlil qilish, sotish kanallari samaradorligini baholashda qo‘llaniladigan asosiy marketing tadqiqotlari usullari tahlil qilingan. So‘rovnoma, intervyu, kuzatuv, fokus-guruhlar hamda statistik va iqtisodiy-matematik tahlil usullarining sotish jarayonidagi o‘rni ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari sotish tizimini takomillashtirish, boshqaruv qarorlarini asoslash va korxona raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda marketing tadqiqotlarining muhimligini asoslaydi.
