This thesis is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of service productivity assessment. Indicators such as labor productivity, service quality, customer service speed, and economic efficiency are analyzed. Modern methods and criteria for measuring service productivity are examined, and their practical significance is highlighted. The findings emphasize the importance of productivity indicators for efficient resource utilization and improved managerial decision-making.
