The article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the role of social services in the formation and development of human capital and their impact on sustainable socio-economic development. The significance of education, healthcare, social protection, and employment services in improving the quality of human capital is examined. The stages of social service development in Uzbekistan are systematized, and their economic importance is substantiated.
