INTEGRATION OF EDUCATION AND SOCIAL SERVICES IN HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT

The article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the role of the social services system in the formation and development of human capital. Particular attention is paid to the impact of educational, healthcare, cultural, sports, and social protection services on the population’s level of knowledge, labor capacity, social activity, and innovative potential. During the research, educational services were classified according to their functions in the formation of human capital, and their long-term socio-economic effectiveness was substantiated. In addition, it is scientifically argued that the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan in the field of social services contribute to establishing human capital as a strategic factor of economic growth. The conclusions obtained have practical significance for improving state policy in the social services sector and ensuring sustainable economic development.
