This article analyzes the significance of generative artificial intelligence
technologies in the development of tourism services. Systems based on generative artificial
intelligence are emerging as important tools for providing personalized services to tourists,
creating virtual guides, automating customer service, and improving marketing strategies. In
addition, the article highlights the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing service quality,
efficiency, and competitiveness within the tourism industry.
