This thesis examines the economic mechanisms of using artificial intelligence
technologies in the development of pilgrimage tourism and their impact on the efficiency of tourism services. The study analyzes the role of chatbots, virtual guides, tourist flow forecasting systems, and digital marketing tools in improving the quality of tourism services, reducing costs, and enhancing the competitiveness of tourism entities. Furthermore, scientific and practical proposals are developed regarding promising directions for the digitalization of pilgrimage tourism in Uzbekistan.
