This article analyzes the scientific and practical aspects of utilizing advanced
foreign experience in improving the efficiency of regional tourism. The study examines modern
trends in the development of the tourism services market, particularly highlighting the growth
dynamics of Uzbekistan’s tourism sector during 2021–2025. A comparative analysis with developed countries, especially Spain, is conducted to identify the key factors influencing tourism efficiency. The research applies SWOT and TOWS analytical methods to determine strategic directions for the development of regional tourism. The findings justify that digitalization, infrastructure development, improvement of service quality, and diversification of tourism products are critical factors in enhancing tourism efficiency.
