MILLIY TURIZM RIVOJLANISHINING USTUVOR YO‘NALISHLARI VA BOZOR TARKIBIDAGI O‘ZGARISHLAR

This article analyzes the priority directions for tourism development in
Uzbekistan. It examines cultural-historical tourism, ecotourism and agro-tourism, pilgrimage
tourism, new types of tourism (industrial, geological, scientific), medical and educational tourism, as well as tourism infrastructure development, investment attraction, digitalization, and marketing. The main challenges in the sector – regional imbalances, underdeveloped digital payment systems, and lack of qualified personnel – are also analyzed, along with possible solutions. The article is based on the “Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy and recent legal and regulatory documents. It concludes with recommendations to strengthen the role of tourism in the economy and enhance its
international competitiveness.
