Mazkur maqolada tibbiy turizmni rivojlantirishda mintaqaviy salohiyatning
nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Muallif mintaqaviy salohiyatni tibbiy, infratuzilmaviy,
institutsional, bozor va innovatsion komponentlardan iborat tizim sifatida talqin etadi. Tadqiqotda
ushbu omillarning tibbiy turizm xizmatlarini shakllantirish va eksport qilishdagi roli asoslab
berilgan. Shuningdek, hududlararo raqobat sharoitida salohiyatni kompleks baholash va samarali
boshqarish zarurligi yoritilib, integratsiya va sinergiyaga asoslangan konseptual model taklif
etiladi.
