This article analyzes modern approaches to assessing the efficiency of tourism
services. The study proposes the Tourism Service Efficiency Index (TSEI) model for the integrated
evaluation of economic, service, digital, innovation, and institutional aspects of tourism, as well as
the Economic Tourist Value (ETV) model for measuring the economic value generated by an
individual tourist. Furthermore, the possibilities of implementing these models through the Smart
Tourism Uzbekistan platform are substantiated.
