Abstract

 Globallashuv va hududlararo raqobat kuchayib borayotgan sharoitda mintaqaviy iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish masalasi davlat siyosatining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biriga aylanmoqda. An’anaviy yondashuvlarda mintaqaviy rivojlanish asosan investitsiya hajmi, infratuzilma kengayishi yoki soliq imtiyozlari orqali rag‘batlantirilgan bo‘lsa, zamonaviy iqtisodiy amaliyot hududiy raqobatbardoshlikni klasterlashuv asosida shakllantirish zarurligini ko‘rsatmoqda.
