Ushbu maqolada mintaqaviy innovatsiya tizimlarini shakllantirishning nazariy
va amaliy jihatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Mintaqalarda innovatsion faoliyatni qo‘llab-quvvatlashning
institutsional, moliyaviy va infratuzilmaviy mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. O‘zbekiston mintaqalari
misolida innovatsion salohiyatni baholash metodologiyasi ishlab chiqilgan va innovatsion
klasterlarni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari mintaqaviy innovatsiya
siyosatini shakllantirishda davlat organlari va biznes subyektlari uchun amaliy ahamiyat kasb
etishi mumkin.
