Ushbu maqolada AQSh, Germaniya, Janubiy Koreya va Finlyandiya oliy ta’lim muassasalarida qo‘llanilayotgan moliyaviy menejment modellari rasmiy hisobotlar va xalqaro tashkilotlar ma'lumotlari asosida qiyosiy tahlil etildi. Tadqiqot daromad diversifikatsiyasi, samaradorlikka asoslangan moliyalashtirish, raqobatli grantlar tizimi va raqamli byudjet boshqaruvi bo‘yicha xorijiy amaliyotning asosiy tamoyillarini ochib berdi. Natijalar O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalari uchun ilmiy asoslangan amaliy tavsiyalar shaklida umumlashtirildi
